Claudia J. Samuelson has built broad business experience at several Twin Cities companies, showing exceptional talent in the areas of recruiting and retention, job redesign, career coaching, business development and consulting for the past 22 years.

Born in St. Paul to a cultural anthropologist/linguist and social worker, Claudia earned her Bachelors Degree from Macalester College and her Masters from the University of St. Thomas. Claudia is well traveled globally and has spent time with people from all walks of life and all parts of the globe.

Claudia’s upbringing, along with her professional experiences, brings a unique set of skills and dedication.

In 1996 she launched Samuelson Resource Group, Inc. with the idea of creating a virtual space in which to provide more personalized, focused recruiting services. This is based on building relationships and thorough research, resulting in greater success and long term hires.

Claudia's unmatched ability to judge the right fit for the long run allowed her to complete hundreds of search assignments. Today she has a reputation for consistently providing stellar performers to exceptional companies.  When you work with Claudia, you know you have a great chance of getting the right candidate and the best chance of landing the job and at the very least, the interview.  High send-out to hire and ratios surpass industry standards bring the results client customers and client candidates are looking for.

In her personal time she enjoys a variety of activities including traveling, cooking, golfing and spending time with friends, family and animals.
