Born in St. Paul to a cultural anthropologist/linguist and social worker, Claudia earned her Bachelors Degree from Macalester College and her Masters from the University of St. Thomas. Claudia is well traveled globally and has spent time with people from all walks of life and all parts of the globe. Claudia’s upbringing, along with her professional experiences, brings a unique set of skills and dedication. In 1996 she launched Samuelson Resource Group, Inc. with the idea of creating a virtual space in which to provide more personalized, focused recruiting services. This is based on building relationships and thorough research, resulting in greater success and long term hires. Claudia's unmatched ability to judge the right fit for the long run allowed her to complete hundreds of search assignments.
