How do we do it?
At Samuelson Resource Group, Inc. we work closely with companies to clearly understand your talent needs.
Our process allows us to intentionally build long term relationships with a smaller base of companies in order to give our customers the necessary time and attention a successful search requires. We want our client companies to strategically hire the best people. This is why we have a 90% referral rate and a 2:1 interview to hire ratio. This tops industry standards.
How We Do it
- We network for success. With people and companies that are successful. We don't scour the internet finding candidates that you can find yourself. We are accessing candidates that don't even know yet that they want to work for you!
- We conduct research using internet search engines to find published articles, user groups and associations that top candidates participate in.
- We spend time getting to know our candidates and what their short and long term career goals are. We stay in touch with them through the process and beyond.
- We screen a number of candidates before presenting you with the top candidates for your review.
- We conduct a thorough interview with each candidate and provide you with interview summaries, all supplemental and non-redundant to the resume. We provide you with references or provide reference check results to you.
- We conduct behavioral assessments to provide additional insight into future performance.
- We add value by additionally offering specific diversity search services.
